It looks improved to me! What you might want to try in the future is less harsh lines in the nose and mouth ( maybe color them in skin shades if you don't want to eliminate them completely). Mouths are very tricky to get right, but if you stick to one solid shade as a base (including the outline of it) and then adding shadows/highlights accordingly they should come out better.
